Giving two stars b cause I like to give the benefit of the doubt (short staffed, busy time?) but I came on a Wednesday at 11:15, typically not a fan of dunking but wanted somewhere close and walking distance. The walk was a shorter time than it took to order. Stood at the counter for 15 minutes til I took my order. And waiting about 20 for my coffee. When I walked in there wasn't anyone in drive thru. 35 for a cup of coffee is unacceptable. For what it is- coffee isn't worth the price I make better at home

We just ordered from this location. At first, we were a little put-off because the menu screen was broken so we couldn't see what they have. And they all kept running to the back so it took a long time to order. But then we heard that the drive thru was backed-up and they had multiple call-offs. The girl that was in charge was amazing. She was running around, making sure people were taking orders, getting it all together and running the register in the front. Everyone was polite, despite the rushing.

I have been a loyal customer of this location since it opened. The decline in pride, product and customer service this past year was brought to a head today when the order I placed everyday for a year was "not a menu item so I needed to leave or pick something else". So I picked a hot latte and got literally half a cup of foam. I showed them at the window and was told they "doubted I am ever happy" and sent me on my way. Just inexcusable.

Put your effing prices on the menu. For G_d's sake, it's a monitor. You can change prices hourly if you need to. But let your customers know how much they have to pay up front.

Wow probably should've read the reviews before going here. Just wanted a coffee and donut and whoever was running the drive thru coms today (09/11) at 11am is a complete and total jerk. Drove off with nothing because of how rude he was. Someone like this should not be employed. He's just scaring business away.

Extremely rude manager. I was having the best morning. Just dropped my niece off to college the night before and wanted to enjoy some donuts the next morning. I pulled up to the drive through and proceeded to order my food and the guy who was taking my order which I later found out was the manger kept cutting me off as I asked if he got my order he just kept yelling yea yea yea I got it I got it I got it.. I was like dam what’s wrong with him… I said to myself why do people hate the jobs.. I pulled up to the window and he told me to drive straight through that he would not serve me.. so I’m thinking ok so your mad because I said you hate your job but you can treat me however. He refused to give me his name and refused to serve me. Completely unacceptable just weird. I can never under why people work in fast food or coffee shops with this type of attitude. It’s early in the month and people are trying to enjoy their day… there’s no manager number anywhere to report this behavior so I’m writing a review. If you as a manager care enough you should do something about this. This is ridiculous. If you don’t want to work fast food then find another job!! Also it shows what type of owner this place has when the owner doesn’t list a customer service number for complaints and for the employee to feel condor treating me like he did he knows he can get away with it. This was truly horrible service. Like I was just ordering food, why he was rude is beyond me…

If NO STAR was an option, I'd give them a NO STAR! This is the second time we've had a horrible experience here. I didn't review the first time because I figured everyone deserves a second chance. Well, Today was their second chance and they blew it even more than the first. DRIVE THRU:Whoever the dude was that took our order was rude AF! Would NOT stop to listen, spoke over us while we were trying to explain what we wanted, would say "I know! I know! What else. Anything else!" Then wasn't man enough to come to the window, instead made the young lady serve us because he knew he was in for an earful. He also got our order wrong by the way even though he insisted that he knew what he was doing! If you're looking to start your day with rude, unkind, unprofessional service, than this is your place to go! These people are so good at their job, that they'll be sure to tell you and then give you an incorrect order! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A RESPECTED HUMAN BEING!
