The peanut butter dunkalatte was delicious!
The service industry has gotten so bad that it’s refreshing when a coffee chain actually gets it right. No matter what time I go, the staff greets you warmly through the drive-thru — they sound genuinely happy to help, smile at you, and are incredibly friendly without the endless small talk, because they’re also quick and efficient. They always get my order right and are even patient when I don’t have the app ready.
