Claudia the manager was more than amazing today. She was able to remake my drink, even though I got it at a different location and a different location made it wrong, but she was so polite and had great customer service. She was able to remake it for me with the best attitude. she says in her words, “i have to take care of my customers and I’ll do whatever it takes.” She deserves a raise. It made my day.

i sat at the drive thru pickup window for legit 10mins with no acknowledgement at all. no one came to the window until they saw me sitting there. did you not remember you just took an order? then when she did, she didn’t remember my order lol place is a joke.

The early AM team is the best!! I order online, pull through the driveway, they greet kindly and energetically, I grab my order and go. Fast & efficient drive through. Plus the breakfast sandwich is the best!! Always warm and fresh. I don’t feel like their food comes frozen in a box and is nuked in a microwave. Thank you for being amazing!!
Went for breakfast, no glaze donuts, hash Browns took Really long to cook and then were delivered without a bag.

I recently visited Dunkin and was extremely DISAPPOINTED. We both ordered the NEW Lava Cake Signature Latte. The two drinks we ordered were practically empty ( in on photos, he took a sip and it wasn't hot at all ), definitely not full as they should be. On top of that, the hash browns were a disaster.. burnt and tasting absolutely horrible. No amount of ketchup could make them taste any better. Truly a letdown.

I am a repeat customer at this location. I enjoy Dunkin coffee. I do not enjoy the customer service there. No one ever greets you "warmingly", it always seems like you are a nuisance ordering with them. Today, at 10am I ordered with them and per usual no greetings, just a "what would you like to order". I told the employee both menu screens were down and she told me "No, just the right one is up". We went back n forth about it and I ended up telling her I will just pull up the menu on my phone. Rather than bickering and wasting time, just fix the issue. She cannot see what I am seeing, but if I tell you the menu screen is not working then listen and fix it. Came up to the window and no greetings again. No apologies either for the screen not working. When handed my drink, it was another girl and she just hands it out, no words. Once I say "thank you", that's when she says "have a great day". This location needs to have better customer service.
