ok so public service announcement, one of my go to places. Yes I do love this Filiberto's. Need a burrito on the go, this is where I go. I call in, get either a carne asada or pollo asado burrito and off I go. Today I had a few more minutes so I got the daily special, 3 rolled taquitos for like $2.39 or some crazy peice from the 90s. Usually don't go inside but the place is looking real nice. New owners doing a real good job. I was concerned there for a minute...
Okay we got two burritos. One: beans and rice (50/50). Two: chicken. The first was great. Absolutely hit. The chicken was awful. It used to be my favorite. It tasted like canned chicken. Nothing like the authentic chicken it had been in the past
Is the first time I go to a filibertos and had to wait so long. I got some asada fries, but it barely had meat, it was all fries with sour cream. Half of my meal had nothing but dry soggy fries.
