Food here is normally good. Went twice in the last week, the order yesterday at lunch time was perfect and delicious! The one 4 days ago was missing pickles, substitutions were wrong and sandwiches were cold (2/3 had unmelted cheese). It was after 8pm so I'm guessing one employee alone was feeling rushed? Idk.

My advice is check all sandwiches before you leave!

Employees are usually very friendly and willing to fix things. They can get...

The staff was very friendly and helpful with options and recommendations. We ordered the large meatball sub and shared it...It was plenty to eat for two people. The sauce had just the right amount of seasoning, and the bread being toasted made it better able to handle the sauce, unlike their competitors where the bread goes soggy.

Tried to do an order on the app and it wasn’t working, spoke with Caleb on the phone and he was super nice and helpful. Went into store and placed my order, for some reason the app wouldn’t take off one of my subs, Joy just took it off for me! Both Caleb and Joy were very helpful and kind! Thank you both so much!!
