Flower Child had always been a great option if I am craving a salad for dinner, and the Chopped Vegetable with added salmon has all ways hit the spot, but what I got tonight was pretty disappointing. The portion was more like a side salad than a main dish, the salmon, while cooked perfectly, was also smaller than I recall. The bill was $31 with a glass of wine and a tip, yet I left hungry. Hopefully this was a fluke. If not, the Thirsty Lion has great salads!
If you don't like healthy food and healthy (proper) portions, this isn't for you. I had the salmon entree with the chili sweet potatoes and roasted veggies. The portion was perfect and filling without needing to stuff myself. It was delicious and flavorful too. Staff was friendly, tea selections were good.
