Spent 20 mins to find this place, seems it doesn’t exist….and no phone number to call

I've been dying to try Japanese soufflé pancakes for some time now, so when I heard about Fluffy Cakes through social media, I knew I had to visit. Located inside Chandler Fashion Center near the food court, Fluffy Cakes specializes in Japanese desserts and baked goods. Their stall has a dedicated seating area with plenty of tables. I ordered two Japanese soufflé pancakes for $8.99; one with Nutella topping and one with Biscoff topping. I also added an ube brownie for $3.99. The wait wasn't long, and although I had intended to take them to-go, I couldn't help myself and started eating them right there. I did manage to save some for my son at home, though. As someone who had never tried Japanese soufflé pancakes before, I thought Fluffy Cakes's version was great! They were jiggly, fluffy, and delicious. Although the ube brownie had great flavor, it wasn't as fluffy as the photos. I would order the soufflé pancakes again if I'm back in the area!

Kris is AMAZING! she is the sweetest person we met today stopping by for a treat to eat. Very helpful, communicative and outstanding customer service. Definitely will be back , she made the delicious fluffy pancakes mind you it was my first time here. Thank you for having us. I can't wait to order again.

I tried the ube brownie and the pancakes. Both were delicious the texture of the pancakes was the only thing that really bothered me. The ube brownie is wonderful the white chocolate chips really pulled it all together. I recommend trying th brownie warm game changer.

What is this.... Japanese soufflé pancakes are a delight for the palate. Fluffy and light, these pancakes redefine the breakfast experience. The airy texture creates a melt-in-your-mouth sensation, while the subtle sweetness captivates taste buds. Topped with fresh fruit or syrup, they are a heavenly indulgence. A must-try for anyone seeking a delightful twist on the classic pancake. Each order comes with two. They are relatively small snack sized portion. It's inside the mall located near the food court. The only downside of this establishment is the wait time. We were told the order would take 10 minutes, and we ended up waiting 35 before receiving one order. The time provided needs to be clearer. I personally dont mind waiting? However, I could have walked around a bit more had I known the wait time was longer.

My friends recommended me to go here for the Japanese soufflés which I love in general. However, I found that two small-sized soufflés costed $9, so ordered an Ube Brownie, warmed up, since it's the holidays and I'm not really in the mood to spend. The Ube brownie was very delicious!! It was very dense and a bit too sweet, but I couldn't stop getting bites of it. The Ube taste was definitely there. The employee there was kind and knowledgable, but he was not too enthusiastic to be there. I'd totally spruce up the experience or decor to make it more enticing for others, because I certainly am not rushing to go back. overall I think it was okay, but not a must-eat.

The pancakes were acceptable just not fantastic. Long wait and the tables were not clean. Not worth a special trip just for these cakes.

Was in the mall and had to try the TikTok famous Fluffy Cakes! They take a good 15-20 minutes to make fresh and the employees are up front about that which I appreciated. It did take about 15 minutes and my Biscoff butter Japanese soufflé cakes were ready. They're so cute and fluffy with a nice presentation. They were warm, not too dense and tasted great with the Biscoff topping. I think it was like $12 with tip which I didn't find bad. Overall, a nice different dessert to try and the whole family liked them. I would grab one again if I was in the area!

If you haven't tried Fluffy Cakes you're missing out. My picture serves no justice! The texture is simply perfect, cakes are delicious, the staff are friendly and the space is clean. Waiting for Fluffy Cakes to expand out to California so I don't have to wait for my next getaway to get my fix. If you're in the Chandler area make sure to stop by this hidden gem, I promise it's worth it!

This place is so delicious. There was a bit of a wait but it was worth it. I tried it with the syrup that comes with it and wow. It was most definitely my sugar treat for the week!

Employees are nice, the pancakes with maple as they come were my favorite. A little raw in the center but a cool first time experience. Nutella was meh. These are pricey for a small novelty sweet and they are just ok? Powdered sugar is messy and they need to find a better system for getting their product out faster. They'd sell so much more if people didn't have to wait 10-20 minutes for every order.

It's ok, nothing spectacular

Pancakes are not Japanese Souffle style, too dense and dry! Very disappointed. We also had the takiyaki Nutella was the only thing that tasted ok and the ube brownies tasted nothing like ube more like flour and sugar only, color only thing on point! ... Will not be trying this place again. Though presentation was nice hence the 1 star
