I've been dying to try Japanese soufflé pancakes for some time now, so when I heard about Fluffy Cakes through social media, I knew I had to visit. Located inside Chandler Fashion Center near the food court, Fluffy Cakes specializes in Japanese desserts and baked goods. Their stall has a dedicated seating area with plenty of tables. Kris is AMAZING! she is the sweetest person we met today stopping by for a treat to eat. Very helpful, communicative and outstanding customer service. Definitely will be back , she made the delicious fluffy pancakes mind you it was my first time here. Thank you for having us. I can't wait to order again.

I tried the ube brownie and the pancakes. Both were delicious the texture of the pancakes was the only thing that really bothered me. The ube brownie is wonderful the white chocolate chips really pulled it all together. I recommend trying th brownie warm game changer.
