Great tasting pretzels but horrible service! They have a huge sign above stating buy 3 get 1 free but then cashier refuses to give us the deal and said weekdays only. Nowhere on the sign does it say weekdays only. Very misleading! Their prices aren't cheap. We spent over $60 on small portions and got crappy service.
I came here for my birthday pretzel and it was very disappointing. I got the garlic parmesan flavor and it was heavily coated with powder which wasn't enjoyable and the pretzel itself was hard and probably old.

If you are looking for a spectacular pretzel, this is not it. Overall, it's a decent pretzel but doesn't compare to the amazing pretzels you can get back east. Overall, it is probably one of my favorite spots in Arizona though!
