The pretzels here were nice and fresh. I call it Goldilocks experience. The original place I got was not too dry nor too moist; it was the right texture and consistency without too much grease. Also, I like how it was coated with the right amount of salt too- I do like my salt but not to the point that it's overpowering.The pretzel also was warm- just the right temperature to eat. It was filling as well. Service was nice and quick. Definitely give this place a chance.
Can't believe I haven't left a review of Wetzel's Pretzels yet! One of my kids demands these pretzels at least once a week and if you've had some, it's easy to know why. These pretzels are soft, buttery and salty (if you like the salt on them). The cheese sauce is a bit on the sharp side but I think it's more of an artificial flavor sharpness than sharp cheese if you know what I mean. The pizza bites are also very tasty if you don't want the food court pizza alternative.

this is just your typical Wentzel's Pretzels. Nothing extravagant or special here. Compared to every other Wetzel Pretzel I've ever been to, this one is very overpriced. I am assuming this is due to their mall location? I will probably pass on my next visit to the Chandler mall.
