First of all, my family loves Auntie Annes. Like, so many items, lol. We each have a fave from lemonade to pizza pretzels, and cinnamon sugar. But honestly, this location has left us disappointed on a few visits. This comment has NO bearing on the young people working there, shout out to having a j o b! This is directed at the policy of not allowing customers to select their items that have already been prepared and are sitting in the glass case for everyone to see. The items...

The cinnamon sugar pretzels are amazing. Chelsea was so polite and helpful with my grandkids. Chelsea thank you for taking the time a patience with the kids who were so indecisive. We appreciate your hard work.

I love these pretzels, but everything here is hit or miss. Last time, my pretzel was great, but the service was awful. This time it was the opposite with the service being great, but the pretzel was old and dry. I do like their rewards program. There is plenty of parking and I actually am okay with spending time in the mall.
