We went when it was relatively empty (Thursday night). The cuts of meat had a great variety and the frequency at which they were being brought out was perfect. The first person asked if we were celebrating anything so naturally my birthday got brought up. After that, random staff members (that I had not interacted with yet) were wishing me a happy birthday, it was a great experience.

Service was top notch. The manager walked the floor repeatedly to ensure everyone was properly taken care of.
The meat needed a little more seasoning.
