Green Corner Restaurant

Terrible customer service , they messed up my order and didn’t not believe me until they pulled up Manually. They throw the sauce on top of the food. Zero care and didn’t even offer an apology and proceeded to tell me they will give the mistaken order to another customer. To which I already had my fingers in. The server Jen promotes that behavior. Will be calling food safety CFMP.

I've been to this place many times. Had large sized plates. I got sick two times and the second time was really bad.

Their food is really good but don't order or eat any wet salads if you do go. I got food poisoning eating the coleslaw and tabouleh. I walked in once and saw large trays of each in the open on a cart. So maybe they don't refrigerate it properly or don't wash the veggies properly in preparation.

I was saddened liking this place but had
to give a review especially for the kids because food poisoning is super bad for them.

The food is divine! PLEASE open in the West Valley of Phoenix. The restaurant would do very well in Goodyear or Surprise. Jen and Zach were so polite and efficient. Go West!

Went here tonight at 830pm for dinner. Even though they closed at 9pm, they encouraged me to dine in and enjoy my food, if I'd like. Which I did. Never once did they make me feel like i needed to hurry or that I was anything but a valued patron. The place was hopping right up until closing. And I can see why. This was by far the best Greek food I've had in the valley in a long time. Excellent staff, excellent service, and excellent food. 5 stars for all!!

The food is always good, but this restaurant for some reason was hot. I felt bad for the workers who were dealing with cooking at the grill.

I’ve been coming to green corner for years and have been to all of the locations in AZ. But the food and service has taken a big hit ever since they expanded outside of the Chandler and Mesa location.

The portions are still great, but the taste is just inconsistent. The one thing that has really put me off lately is not giving away garlic and tahini sauces for plates or sandwiches when ordering to go. This has happened to me at at 3 locations, I always order around 4-5 sandwiches and when I ask for garlic sauce I’m given only 1, and when asked the reason is “we can’t give them out”. The cost of giving it these away 1 per sandwich is not a big deal and I don’t understand the reasoning behind that, the prices have gone up just like any restaurant but the sauce can’t be neglected.

I’m happy to change this review if it’s corrected, it has been a while since this has been happening and it’s very annoying to see happen.

Had lunch today for vegetarian plate. The tabouleh salad was very sour which caused mouth to be only tasting the lemon juice from the salad. Will not be visiting the place again. Had visited this place around 5 years back and the food quality seems to have gone since then.

The location on baseline is so much better. At this location the food was mediocre and everything that was fried seemed like it had been sitting to long under the heat lamp. The high light was the service (Genavieve) was amazing and the only reason it even got 3 stars
