It’s a lovely hotel, but they seriously need to ditch the air freshener! They must pipe it into the air system because I could smell it everywhere. They need to be aware that some people are very sensitive to scents and cease to bomb us with that stuff. My throat was sore and it became hard to breathe after an evening at this place. Just a simple cleaning without the pungent chemicals is sufficient. Will not likely stay here again unless they resolve this.

Overall a decent experience while I was there.I have two major gripes, one being a "recapture fee" that was added to my bill after checking out which I don't really understand. I called and was told it was a "per night cleaning thing", so if this is a predetermined thing, why not tell me before I stay and paid initially with points? And if it goes to the cleaners (which let's be honest this isn't) why did I tip housekeeping? It's just small enough where it doesn't affect my bottom line, but that extra $4 per room must add up for them in a major way. Also shower is poorly designed, the bathroom floor WILL be soaked because the shower door doesn't close properly.I don't like supporting businesses that have these hidden fees and bank on people not noticing, so I am happy I've used up my Hilton Points and will no longer be using Hilton properties.

Housekeeping is the worst. A 6 day stay and it took 3 days for them to show up only after I complained. The best part is they took clearly labeled sleeping aids next to my bed. Didn’t take the trash though! The front desk manager is clearly phoning it in. The only decent service was from the bartender and cafe staff.Have to keep towels under your door otherwise you are in a wind tunnel.Really poor experience especially for a Hilton.

The Hilton Phoenix is a friendly place with helpful staff and clean rooms. Although the rooms could use some updates in lighting and charging options, they're still comfortable. Just know that if your room faces the industrial Air facility across the street, you will experience some noise. Overall, it's a nice stay with a few small issues. I would ask for a different room if I stayed here in the future.

This was one of the more frustrating experiences I’ve had at a hotel. The hotel is located in a great location next to chandler mall and the freeways. Other than that it’s very hard to sleep because it’s right next to some facility that lets off compressed air at all hours of the night CONSTANTLY. I wouldn’t be so frustrated except that the price was over two hundred dollars to not really be able to sleep. No matter what we did we couldn’t sleep. As a Hilton member this was kinda frustrating.I would also like to add that the hotel owner responded saying to reach out so they could fix the mistake. I’ve reached out several times and no answer. Why would you wanna make it look like you’re doing something about it? That’s very misleading.

Parking lot was clean and they had available parking. Check in-out desk was very polite and friendly. Room was clean and smelled fresh. Thank God. Stayed on the 2nd floor. Housekeeping that day was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed their lobby. Very nice.

Great hotel with good amenities, though they could definitely revive the vegetarian options in their menu for breakfast and dinner. Very nice gym and swimming facility to get your workouts in.

Rooms are lacking any kind of amenities compared to other Hilton properties near by. Front desk staff is a bit rude even to diamond member in multiple occasions. Disappointing stay overall I won't be back at this location when I can be treated better down the road.

Family has stayed here twice, and a family member even had a block of rooms here for a wedding. Location is safe, super convenient, close to freeways but you don’t get freeway noise. Close to the mall and SO many restaurants… Target, Costco & other shops as well. You can easily walk to all of these places. The rooms are very clean and quiet, and in great condition. Staff is friendly. They also have a cafe with limited Starbucks and snacks/drinks, a bar, and restaurant. I highly recommend!!Nearby activities: Chandler Mall, Costco, Target, Restaurants

Rooms were clean. They are serviced daily. The service is hit or miss. One day only trash was taken, the next day everything was cleaned and replaced. Expect to pay a little for breakfast, even with the voucher that is/was provided. We ate the breakfast buffet, not much to offer for $18 and we were warned not to take any of it out of the eating area (fruits or a bowl of oatmeal). This would cost us "another" $18 as per the server in the dining area, not too friendly. There is small Starbucks on site, they offer a lot of coffee options.Meeting rooms are large and clean.Front desk staff was extremely friendly, we talked with several of them.Location is close to everything, shopping, dining site seeing.
