It was kind of dry this time...

Horrible customer service. They were too busy to try to help over the phone. We have a few gift cards and the website would not accept them when ordering and this store would not take our order over the phone. We are forced to buy since we have to use these gift cards and we will not go back as a returning customer.

All the young ladies at the store were sweet and helpful! Food was delicious and fairly priced! I always frequent a place when I can good service and food! It was my 1st time there and it won’t be my last! I saw the ladies deal with an irrational customer and they handled it very well. Customers are not always right and should be a shame of themselves for acting like a child in public… some people need to grow up.

If you are looking for great meal deals to feed sports teams, club teams etc contact Toni at HBH. They give you a large sandwich, bag of chips and an apple or small orange for only $6! This is a special deal for sports teams only. Such a great deal and they put the lettuce, tomato and mustard and mayo on the side for picky eaters.

We have been going to Honey Baked Ham, for 35 plus years, albeit in different states. My husband went to the one on Ocotillo in Chandler, December 23rd, we didn't open it until the 24th at night, it was burnt on top, no sugar coating and some what over cooked. I'm not sure why they don't let you see it before you pay for it like back in the day! So disappointed. Next time we'll ask to see it before we pay for it.

The clerk behind the counter was more like a robot than a person. Not friendly, not unkind, just no effort. There was a guy moving around in the back, he may have been the owner, and he offered no extension of friendliness either. My friend bought four $100.00 hams and sandwiches for the three of us. One would think that there would be at least a smile with a sale like that.

Dietary restrictions: The meats are salty - not a good choice if a person has high blood pressure.

I always forget that this shop is here, finally got in today. Totally uninterested kids behind the counter, monotone voices. It's almost like we were bothering them. Dining room tables were dirty, crumbs on them. Sandwiches were delicious and worth the rest, I guess.

Unfortunately, my ham looked like it was burnt on the top and only had like one piece of the good part, the honey sugar. I think they burnt off the honey sugar..
