I came here tonight with my daughters and we absolutely loved our Jeremiah‘s ice-creams! It didn’t hurt that Ben behind the counter was so helpful, especially in choosing different flavors. That guy knows everything about every single option!
Ive been a rewards member since the grand opening and love the ice. Unfortunately the past few months ive walked in and left after seeing a very long line and one employee taking orders and fulfilling. Not a great biz model. You have been in biz long enough to know your peak demand and staff appropriately!
Kara provided above-and-beyond customer service today. The quality is always great, and the customer service is exceptional. She made the experience feel personal and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
