Ive been a rewards member since the grand opening and love the ice. Unfortunately the past few months ive walked in and left after seeing a very long line and one employee taking orders and fulfilling. Not a great biz model. You have been in biz long enough to know your peak demand and staff appropriately!
Kara provided above-and-beyond customer service today. The quality is always great, and the customer service is exceptional. She made the experience feel personal and welcoming, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back.
The kid helping me today, Ben I think, was helpful. We had a huge group with some pretty prickly personalities and the kid was on his own. He was really kind and helpful even with all of us asking for tons of samples and taking forever to decide.
