Been to different Jersey Mike's a handful of times...arrived at 11:15A (4/25) and didn't beat the lunch rush. Once order taken, 20 minutes for a hot sub, which is way too long. I understand there seemed to be an abnormal number of hot subs ordered, and the young gal working the grill did great! Still a long wait, when accounting for an additional 10 minutes in line. (Yes, I could have ordered ahead, but I want my hot sub hot.) The only negative, girl taking money also wrapped sandwiches...touching computer screen, money, and food without changing gloves...GROSS! She also needed sleep, was yawning every 15 seconds and not a "thanks".

Actually this was the best Jersey Mike's I have been to period. They were all working diligently and my sandwich tasted really good. I wish the one closest to my house was that good. The flavor and bread were soooo much better!

Had family in town for the holiday. They were wanting sandwiches from a different well known sandwich provider. I then suggested Jersey Mike's. We are all from the East coast and thought this would be a better choice. It was not. I will start with the complete absence of a greeting of any kind. Nothing, in fact I felt as though we were bothersome to the employees. Only 2 employees behind the counter and another in the back. The wait was too long. It seems that the grill was only able to prepare 1 sandwich at a time, seems inefficient to me. Sandwiches were not as spectacular as the prices. I will say it had more meat than I expected and was of decent quality. Probably my last visit.

Service was not great, very unfriendly faces. You can tell they don't want to be here. No communication between employees my dad was given an attitude because his sandwich was supposed to have bacon. Restaurant was dirty. I ordered two cold subs and one hot. I watched the worker pick up the phone and continue to cook the hot sandwich. Absolutely disgusting never changed gloves after handling the register.

I ordered my two sandwiches online at 5:40pm for an ASAP est. 10 minute pickup. Showed up at 5:50, and was told my sandwiches were being made. Fifteen minutes later, still no sandwiches. I finally tried to get the attention of one of the workers, and asked if I could cancel my order and get a refund because I had to leave for a movie. I was told there was no manager in the shop, and they could not cancel or refund my order. I was told I would have to wait and call when the manager came in to work, because the staff was “pretty sure” they come in tomorrow morning. I understand that it can be busy and can take longer than estimated, but to not be able to get a refund because there is no manager in the store is disappointing and frustrating. I love the sandwiches, but the service was subpar.
