Had family in town for the holiday. They were wanting sandwiches from a different well known sandwich provider. I then suggested Jersey Mike's. We are all from the East coast and thought this would be a better choice. It was not. I will start with the complete absence of a greeting of any kind. It seemed like it was the first day for everyone behind the counter. Zero confidence in what they were doing.Come on manager don't have all your young, new teenage workers there at the same time with no senior employees present. Painful experience

Actually this was the best Jersey Mike's I have been to period. They were all working diligently and my sandwich tasted really good. I wish the one closest to my house was that good. The flavor and bread were soooo much better!
