I don't mind if my order is messed up. I DO mind if you handle that poorly. I ordered a sub club...add salami and relish. I decided to eat there since I knew the sandwich was made wrong. I had already asked about bacon and they said "ya its on there" I thought maybe they were using the new invisible pork they came out with last month. There was no bacon..no biggie I asked and they generously gave me 1 slice for the whole sandwich. No worries I'm a millionaire you already charged me for double meat for 3 slices of salami..no sweat my friend. Took a bite...no mayo no relish...deep breath you got this Steph...asked the girl if they can just remake it for me. Apparently theres a protocol for if they can remake it. In comes Mr. Personality... what's wrong...ummm ok this is a good start...can you remake my sandwich plz? He literally did not even make eye contact ? and said I can give u a packet of mayo and relish on the side. I was like ok mr ponytail...formally known as mr Personality.. this isn't burger king cuz im definitely not havin it my way...seriously tho...this is a sandwich shop...no sides nothin you don't even have to put soda in my cup...I got u holmes sit back relax...u make ONE thing!!! And if you can't make that ONE thing then go hand out food in a soup kitchen...but please do not give me an attitude about fixing a wrong YOU did my man ?????☠???

I don’t think I have ever been addressed in such an aggressive and rude manner from a hospitality employee, especially when I never even asked the employee about anything. I will not be back to this location after how I was treated. I would suggest getting something else in the area. Nobody deserves to be treated in the manner I was.

The manager Vick was very inappropriate and rude to be a leader and representation of your store. She missed a sandwich in my bag from DoorDash and I came to have her make it for me. She argued that I wasn’t missing it because I didn’t open the bag until hours later. She told me to leave the store and told her coworker to refund me. I will be contacting corporate and the BBB.

Ordered my food online. I went into the store at the time they said it would be ready. It was not there, but there was a wadded up receipt with my name on the pickup shelf. I asked about the order, but the young lady who replied could not be heard over the crowded store. I asked her the repeat twice. Finally a woman working on the line came and yelled at me that my sandwiches weren't ready. It would take another 5 minutes. 20 minutes later, she placed the order on the pickup shelf. Neither sandwich was what I had ordered. I won't return again

I went in this evening (2/13) at five pm. There was a young lady working and she was incredibly proficient at her job. Totally multitasking and getting it done! I ordered something new and she made it. I thought it was soooooo cute when she said “I made it just like the picture. I promise.” Then she said she also loved number six. I just loved that it was busy, but she took the time to make my sandwich with love. What a great employee you have in her. I wish I had gotten her name!
It is pretty rare I walk out of a restaurant but this jersey mike's has rudeness down to a science. I do enjoy Jersey mike's other locations but this one I will drive past in the future and will not return to.

My family are huge fans of Jersey Mike @ The Steelyard (Gilbert & Chandler Heights) Their subs have always been fantastic but the employees are top notch as well.Example: Kayla, a supervisor, helped us sort out a coupon code issue in nano seconds.....what a pro she is & deserves 6 stars (you can tell she loves her job)‼️Kudos Kayla & thanks again‼️

I walked in and there was one person in line. but they weren't helping him or me because they were too busy making call in orders. If that's the kind of business you want to run then why even have inside seating? I got tired of waiting and left.

I've been here plenty of times and the food is usually fine. The main thing I notice whenever I come here is that the place is dirty. It's like they don't do regular cleaning here which is super gross in my opinion. Today when I arrived, it was empty, no other customer was in there. The employees were all chillin in the back instead of cleaning. Haven't worked in the food industry I noticed several health violations all over the store. Literally the only reason I decided to continue the order is I had my girlfriend with me and she was already hangry and she would've been annoyed even further if I told her we were going elsewhere for food. I ordered and within 5 seconds of saying which bread I wanted, I noticed the guy using the wrong bread so I corrected him, which is fine I was just surprised at how quickly he forgot. Most of these employees look like high school stoners so I'm not too surprised. He used the same dirty gloves that he had to grab the pen and write out the order and ring up another customer on the computer screen. The amount of food and mess all over the store was seriously concerning. The various knives they used all looked dirty like it was the same knife from the morning shift. Keep in mind, it's only 2 pm.. The manager and owner seriously needs to crack down on these kids to keep the store tidy.I won't be coming back here anymore, it's not worth it in my opinion. I love jersey mikes but I've given this place too many chances and it seems to get dirtier each week. If you're a grimey human, you probably won't care about how messy and dirty it is here, but if you do care about that stuff then you shouldn't eat here until they learn to clean it up and make these high schoolers do the food handling course again!!
