Bro the chicken looked like it was cooked in week old fish grease They really doing y'all a favor by turning all their lights off. Pls just take that as a sign to go to in n out or Chick-fil-A.

So bad. I grew up eating at KFC,and this is not what it was. First off, several mistake with the order. They almost forgot the biscuits and fries, but my husband caught that before leaving. Once home, we realized there were no sauces for the tenders,and the mashed potatoes and fries were like 1/2 full. Went back and they begrudgingly fixed those problems. I placed a mobile order 40 mins in advance, when I arrived, food was not ready. Even worse, I waited 5 mins to just speak with someone, and there was no other customer waiting in front of me.Then, the African American lady asked for my name and told me they don’t have an order for me, but I pointed out on their iPad and told her that’s my name and my order you are looking at.
