Very disappointed. Had a great experience at the Awatoukee location. I live in Chandler. After having a foot surgery - I ordered lunch from the Awatoukee location. They forgot to put a bowl of soup in my bag. Called them and they said no problem - I can pick up another bowl next week from them. All good - mistakes happen. I think I’ve finally hit the end of my rope with Kneaders. After being our go to place since they opened, their service and quality have gone way down hill.
Today, I ordered a pastrami sandwich online. It was supposed to be ready at 12:15. I finally received it at 12:35. Once I took a look at it, I was VERY disappointed with what I received for my $8.39. 2 skinny slices of pastrami.
