I usually prefer more of a fine dining, white tablecloth restaurant. But I am super happy I chose to meet my friends Patrick and Diana here for dinner. Parking and getting to the restaurant were a little confusing, but completely worth it once you get there. The hotel is beautiful. The restaurant felt a little outdated, but the food and service were impeccable and the prices were very affordable compared to other restaurants in the area. Our server, Brad, was quite possibly the best waiter I've ever seen and I go to some very nice restaurants. You can tell he's been here a long time and loves his job. Him and the hostess seemed to be the only ones working, and they handled it perfectly. He did not just go over the menu, he painted a picture that makes your mouth water. Patrick loves to ask off the wall questions to throw waiters, he could not take Brad off his game. He answered every question like a pro. Patrick had a swordfish with either shrimp or lobster on top. He said the flavors were exactly as described. I had a steak with garlic shrimp and so much flavor. The hash browns were a weird accompaniment, but it didn't even need a side. The steak was perfect alone. Brad suggested Manhattans that he created himself. Diana was mad she didn't ask for the recipe. I had a pineapple drink with actual gold on top. It was so refreshing. At first I was weary of the menu, but everything, including the cookies at the end, were just amazing. With only one server and really no other support staff, he commanded that room. There were about 8 tables sat and there was a moment where Brad had all of us laughing and talking to each other. I am excited for his Netflix special that will inevitably come out. Honestly, because of the beautiful resort and their two days at this restaurant, they are considering making their July trip back to this Sheraton. We usually meet at different resorts across the country. We were that impressed with it here. And it wasn't just the dinner, I didn't get to have the breakfast here, but Pat and Diana told me that the food and service were amazing there as well. Somebody high up knows what they're doing here. Thank you. I've rambled enough, but seriously, if you're anywhere near this restaurant, make time for this amazing experience.

Excellent birthday lunch. The setting is gorgeous and the food is delicious. Everyone we interacted with was the perfect combination of friendly and professional. We definitely will be back.
The food and service was excellent. Tristan our server was always available and supported all of our needs. Ko'sin offers a great dining experience.
We always have a nice dinner here with our family. We have food allergies and they do a great job to accommodate.
Sherry the Hostess and Tristin our waiter were outstanding!! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here! First time here and we will be back.... Food was excellent and service was amazing! Thank you!!
Parking was a long way from the restaurant, and confusing. When you follow gps, there were no signs for the restaurant. We just wandered through the conference area until we finally saw a sign. We all had the Christmas Dinner, which was Prime Rib. The bread brought to our table was stale. The Prime Rib was awful. It was tougher than nails. We all ordered it med/rare, and everyone's (5) meat was tough. We all liked the potatoes as a side dish. The flavor was excellent. However, having meat that the majority went home for the dogs, put a damper on our Christmas meal. We decided not to bring it up to the restaurant, as we just won't go back. On a positive note, our service was all we could ask for and more.
We came on Christmas day expecting the special holiday menu and our reservation was at 1:30 PM. Apparently they were only doing the special Christmas dinner after 5 PM and only their regular lunch menu earlier than that. We were very disappointed and left to go to another restaurant for our Christmas meal. Having worked in hospitality, and knowing this is a high-end Marriott property, I was surprised that they didn't offer anything for us to come back again and try the restaurant. Due to the servers just not caring about their customers, we know for a fact that we never will.
I was looking forward to a nice Christmas Eve dinner what a terrible disappointment. The service was horrible. They could not explain the menu items. We waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged and asked if we wanted a cocktail or drink after our order was placed it took another 20 minutes to get the drink. The food was marginal at best. We waited 20 minutes to get our car because the valet was inside chatting up the front desk person. Do not waste your time going to this resort or eating there.

Excellent three course Thanksgiving meal - with options for those who don't like the traditional turkey dinner. Great, friendly service and spectacular views of the sunset as we chose to sit outside. A hidden gem for locals who want the feeling of being away at a peaceful resort - when in reality, you're 20 minutes from home.
My wife and I both are great. It's a place we would like to come back to. We're very comfortable atmosphere and the food was good.
Extremely creative menu. Great atmosphere. Beautifully decorated. Excellent service. If I were to be slightly critical, it would be that (1) some of the staff tried too hard to be efficient and (2) food had to be a bit milder (OK, a lot milder) that we natives tend to like. With tourists from all over, I realize you've got to be cautious when spicing food (my brother from Michigan thinks bell peppers are too hot for human consumption). Perhaps a side of habanero or serrano would be nice. All in all, a very nice restaurant with extremely good food.
Been here several times. Food is consistently very good. Service is always great. It's at a resort so the other guests are often in casual clothes, which is fine. Very quiet. Would recommend.
This restaurant serves such flavorful, creative food. My husband and I enjoyed both dinner and breakfast here and absolutely loved it. The staff is great, the pricing is a reasonable, and the menu is fantastic!
