I'm so disappointed. I was craving this sandwich and ordered the chicken with extra veggies. I recieved my sandwich and the bread is hard, too hard to enjoy eating. I tried to take the chicken and vegetables out to eat with bread i have at home..... There were only a few tiny pieces of chicken, and barely any vegetables. Never again.

The sandwiches and coffee are great. I can’t eat the ordered spring veggie rolls- they gave me a package that looks like it was pulled out of a dumpster and they smelled strange. Their ability to use technology, answer questions and/or fix problems with their app and computer inside are not so great. Don’t use the app, it’s terrible. Just call to order, and when you get there make sure they remembered it. Again, the sandwiched a re great.

Wait there for lunch. What a barbecued pork is tenant. Sub sandwich had one thin layer. Of meat on it the rest of it was filled with vegetables and carrots. And lettuce, and what not. It had a good taste, but considering that a third of the bread was not filled with meat was somewhat shocking to me. I quite honestly would not go there again. And I most definitely wouldn't recommend anybody to go there. The portions are absolutely disgusting. The pop that I got was filled with ice all the way to the brim.And clear as hell and it tastes just like water.So I appreciate that but I will be going to quick trip for all of my submarine sandwiches now.Thank you

Wow. I heard a lot good things about this place before but this is the saddest most miserable sandwich I’ve ever had. I can’t believe how cheap this restaurant is! I feel robbed. Barely any chicken and bread is so dry, it hurts to chew. I don’t recommend this at all. The hype of this place is fake! Do better!

I normally don’t post this negative of a review but my recent experience here was terrible. I ordered a sandwich and a frozen drink and it was $19 which is a pretty steep price to pay for lunch. Then I saw they made my drink and sat in on the counter and I waited for my order to be called. 30 minutes went by and nothing. After several people after me got their order I asked about mine and they said they were still working on it. Then finally 5 minutes later I got my food. But unfortunately by then my drink had completely melted and was no longer frozen. And on top of that my sandwich had the tiniest amount of meat on there I’ve ever seen. It was all bread and vegetables with a single thin layer of shaved bbq pork on there. Sad because I used to really love this place but with food and service like that I won’t be returning any time soon.

Drove up from Tucson just to try it. And it's well worth it amazing. Get the number 7, the barbicane pork.
We had the BBQ pork bahn mi breadstick and the #4 Chicken Grilled sandwich. Both were amazing and fairly priced.

I ordered a thai tea smoothie. They didn't even blend it. The milk thats in it has chunks as u can see on the side of the cup, and to me it tastes like almond milk. After I got the drink I asked if they made a smoothie and they said yes. They insisted it was just the consistency but ive had this same smoothie before and it looked and tasted completely different. I did 3 stars because I've come here so many times and the smoothies were always fantastic but I'm really dissapointed.

Sandwhiches = 9/10, very large and flavorful! Definitely go here if you like their style of sandwhiches. I wasn't impressed by my mango boba drink unfortunately. There's places across the street with better boba.
