I like this place. The long life chicken and rice soup is a must. The spicy calamari is delicious as well as the crab wongtons and any of the noodle bowls. I got the Korean Glazed salmon today and my partner got the surf and turf. Very good presentation. The employees did say they were understaffed and I do agree the bar could use an extra person. They were slammed.
Ling And Louies is located in the Gila River Casino Hotel. Nice space just off the casino floor. Menu is varied and food is very well prepared. We greatly enjoyed the calamari and Ahi tuna. Both were large portions and reasonably price. The orange chicken and lettuce wraps also very good. The Pad Thai lacked the peanut flavor you expect with nthis dish, but was good. Service by George was efficient.
