Owl went above and beyond we placed an order online that unfortunately didn’t go through and he walked me through figuring it out he was super patient and helpful and gave all my kids stickers and cookies honestly I live in between two stores and just his vibe alone is gonna make me wanna come back to this one

The staff here are always so kind and thoughtful, especially the general manager. I ordered pizza for my family, and he gave us an extra one that had been “miscut” — such a small gesture, but it meant so much. As a single mom, that kindness turned one meal into leftovers and made my day. Truly grateful for people like this who go above and beyond! 🍕💛 Our favorite pizza pizza people !

If you can't fulfill the simplest request, to take the pizza out a minute early, it shows why you make minium wage. I'm not tipping for you to take out a pizza one minute early. Keep losing in life.

I’ve been going to Little Caesars since I was a kid in Michigan, and this is the best location I have been to, I don’t really understand the other reviews and I have never left the review for little Caesars before. However they’re always super quick, super nice, and I believe the manager, gentleman with the eyebrow piercing, is legitimately the nicest guy I’ve ever met! He was super nice to my son as well and I appreciate that

They should change the menu to “Hot-N-Ready in 15 min” staff is friendly enough but these guys are never prepared.

I asked for a Hot n’ Ready pepperoni and it was $9 after taxes and was not ready. The clerk waited until AFTER I ran my card to tell me it would be 15 minutes.

I picked up my order from here on 5/24 around 5:30PM. They seemed a little bit behind, but the employee up front was remarkably kind and handling the delays with customers very well. My order actually came out exactly when it was supposed to, was piping hot, and was correct. I have no complaints, and the employee up front really deserves some recognition.

My assumption is that because of the “pizza portal”, and the default tip being $0 when ordering online; that these employees lose out on a substantial amount of tips compared to other quick service pizza locations. I hope that this can be remedied; these are just young people who have the motivation to be employed.

I went into this location because we have gotten pizza there MANY TIMES in the past, right after school on Fridays; BUT TODAY… all I needed was a PIZZA BOX for my Son’s assignment. After taking more time than expected for an EMPTY STORE, the face of “I COULD CARE LESS” came to greet me.

I advised that all actually needed was a pizza box and she shook her head saying she can’t do that. I questioned this; really? It’s for a school assignment and she quickly said “yeah I understand that;everyone keeps asking but we can’t give out boxes. We have to pay for them”.

I then ask… WELL HOW MUCH FOR A BOX THEN… and THIS WHERE THE ONE STAR COMES FROM… she shook her head and said she would have to just SELL ME A PIZZA! GTFOH LADY… MEANWHILE, 680 feet across is DOMINOES…

I was instantly greeted by the kind faces of the EMPTY STORE. We exchanged greetings, I told him I just needed one large box and do you know what he said?

“Oh that’s it? No problem! Here you go ma’am”. He handed me a large box, I thanked him and LIFE WENT ON!!!

SMFH now I can make SO MANY ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT WHY THE INTERACTIONS WERE DIFFERENT. Especially since I have worked at 2 pizza places in my lifetime…Can you GUESS WHICH ONES? 🤨🤨🤨🤨

Alright. Normally I don't write reviews unless they're either really good or really terrible. One of the worst ways to be a restaurant is the wait time there and effort given to put in some initiative.
I get it, it's a cheap pizza place. But then you start to look around at all the traffic coming through and how everyone here is waiting. And waiting. And misplaced orders with names. And my one pepperoni pizza I physically orders about 20 minutes ago and there's like all these pizzas in the oven and yey people are still waiting patiently too and still not making a bid deal to their orders being messed up.
It takes initiative to check and see what people order. And now finally someone ordered a pepperoni pizza. Jusy one, same as me. They said "we have one". And immediately after he got his, i went up to the register and told her I also ordered one pepperoni pizza. And they finally handled it.
Seriously, the employee was terrible and I'm not one for talking down especially on someone else's career and livelihood, but Jesus this was terrible. Like no awareness whatsoever.
Again, it's Little Ceasars but I'll never come to this one.
Your literal time is worth more.
