The lady in the front named Rosario was amazing! The food was out of this world! We had the lomo saltado. Highly highly recommend it!

The Pollo a La Brasa is succulent and perfectly roasted with a smoky, savory crust, while the whole rotisserie chicken is a great, must-have item that dwarfs versions found elsewhere. Key dishes include the very popular Lomo Saltado, Pollo Soltado, and ceviche. Sides are thoughtful and high-quality, featuring golden, crisp French fries that are not frozen, properly crispy yucca fries, white rice, and beans. The meal presentation is simple but elegant.
