Noon, empty restaurant, approached quickly, food very below average. Chicken Taquitos had no chicken, very small, minimal sauce and pickled onions tasted of allspice. Nachos were small, chips good, asked for regular cheese and cheese sauce on the side. No beans, Jalapeños, and sprinkle of cheese ( not melted) and some diced green onion. Cheese sauce good, asked for red salsa, not brought with food, and good. One Negro Modelo not cold! I don’t feel they will be around for long. Over tipped as felt sorry server with no customers.

Like the options of dips and unlimited salsa with chips. The chips were nice and warm with the perfect amount of salt.

The location and interior are cool if you live nearby. Nice patio with misters. The food is not as good as most Mexican fast food places. The service aside from a very friendly manager, is absent.
This isn't a bar or restaurant that you visit as a regular. I casually went to watch some sports and kill some time thinking this will be a fun spot. Was there about 20 mins when I bailed, boring food, VERY expensive and tiny pours.
For instance I ordered a margarita and watched as the bartender carefully measured out a single ounce of tequila into a large glass with a bunch of mixers loaded above the top with ice.

Great atmosphere. Food is decent. We used to go to modern Margarita when they had another location in downtown Chandler, and we LOVED it.. but this location is different...The service has been not so good the last several times we've been.... Drinks are Overpriced I'd say. I hate to give it a poor review since it's basically in my backyard and I'd love for it to stick around.... But the margaritas are small and expensive for what you get.... And we've never had great service. I definitely think it's something that could change and they could improve on. Only time will tell.

I love this place however never go when they have a DJ, they blast the music so loud you can’t even talk at all. I’m not exaggerating it’s really bad.

Burrito.. not so good. Margs are ok. The best part is the service. Incredible team and solo bartenders who will do their best to make it the perfect experience.. which is enough to come back!! ♡

we stopped in for drinks only and they had a low inventory of tequila, no other real alternative drink like a simple black
Russian and when we ordered an expensive tequila, which we normally pay $50 a shot for in our hometown of Wisconsin, the bartender charged us $100 a shot and never said a word about it until we got the bill. Not happy customers. My guess is this place won’t be open very long. There were hardly anybody in there. Probably why they charged us so much to keep the place open for another week.
We had nachos. They were ok. They charge 2.50 for salsa, and they don't tell you that when you order them, it was a surprise charge. Also, they add the credit card service charge to your bill, even if you may be paying cash. It's on their site, too.

I was so excited to try this place for date night, but we went on a Friday night when they have a live DJ. The music was so loud we couldn’t hear each other, and the poor servers couldn’t hear us make our orders unless we got right up next to their ears. 90+ decibels for extended periods of time is extremely harmful to hearing, and I feel so bad for the staff who are stuck with that kind of volume for prolonged periods.
Our server was extremely sweet and talked to the manager for us to see if we could get the music turned down on the patio speakers.
The music itself was a lot. Jumping back and forth between decades and genres, and never playing a single song longer than one minute before moving onto the next one. It was very difficult to vibe.
The house Margarita was good, but the frozen margarita was difficult to drink. I ordered a coconut frozen margarita and I couldn’t taste the coconut, even when our amazing server brought my drink back to add coconut syrup to it.
I enjoyed the pollo and pork tacos! Very tasty meats. I would come back for the tacos and maybe one of the signature margs on a less busy night during happy hour.

I had to go get the bartender during peak hh time because she and the server would socializing with the manager. The food is overpriced and not very good. I will not return.
