I always have a wonderful experience at Nektar at The Plant in Chandler. The ladies who have been working there for a while work very hard to get our orders done right and on time. There is also a couple newer ladies who give excellent customer service as well. You have an excellent team on your hands!

3rd time in last month I couldn't get anything. The juicer was down for a few weeks. Saw the sign that the juicer was broken was down so stopped back in. Today they had no bananas or strawberries along with about 10+ other things. Don't see this being open much longer as it's obvious they are about done. Won't be back. One stop nutrition is better and half the cost anyhow.

Since the name of this establishment is the Nektar JUICE BAR, it seems odd that the primary function has been out of operation for at least a week. I ordered a chocolate/ peanut butter smoothie and received this disgusting amalgamation which seems to just have the peanut butter scooped into it (for smoothie that costs over $10). I paid with a $20 bill and was informed that they had to short me $0.07 because they didn’t have enough change.In summary: if you’d like to go to a juice bar that serves no juice, the over pay for a gross smoothie, then double over pay because they don’t have change and then be made to feel like you’re the problem or are being a “Karen,” then this is the spot for you!! However, if you’re a normalconsumer I would steer clear of this place.This is a future “Out of Business” business.

Dirty appearance; person making our beverages was clearly sick, mouth breathing on the fruit she cut. Many open top containers in fridge and on top of bar. Put her face in one smelling it. Service was not friendly and abrupt. I think we will have to throw out our drinks since I am immune compromised. Drinks were not made correctly. Will not return

The most disorganized location. Never has their online ordering turned on, never answers their phone, you can’t schedule a pick up order. So frustrating that this location can’t seem to get it together. Management really needs to step in and get these young ladies up to speed. Why is it impossible to place an order on the app??? So inconvenient and inconsistent with other Nektar locations.

If management is unable to order products needed for such a long period of time, and people can no longer do pick up orders until their new system is set up, maybe they should consider closing the store down until they can get things back in order? Last time I went in they had a whole list of stuff they were out of, including ingredients for my acai superfood Bowl. The girl told me I still have to pay my $15 full price anyway! They're outrageously priced as it is and I just found that very surprising! Very disappointed I can't stop there to get my favorite super food bowl anymore.

Ordered a bowl on the app and didn't tip. They served up a giant mess overflowing the bowl - I've ordered the same bowl and tipped and it came out normal. What a disgrace

I've been to this location many times and overall it's good. However, today was quite disappointing. I had the worst bowl that I've ever had. I ordered the banana berry açaí bowl on the menu, added protein powder and paid the extra for the protein powder. I'm pretty certain I did not get the protein powder in the bowl and not only that the bowl was very watery and icy. Had little to no flavor to it so I'm not sure if she followed the recipe properly. Not only that they put almost no fruit on top. I've never seen the girl that helped me today so I am certain she is new. Not only that she struggled counting back the change... just a little unfortunate and I'm not sure if I will be returning... I have made bowls at home that have tasted significantly better than this bowl...
