If management is unable to order products needed for such a long period of time, and people can no longer do pick up orders until their new system is set up, maybe they should consider closing the store down until they can get things back in order? This place is amazing. I come for the chocolate bowl which in itself is a reason to come for. The kids behind the counter are always busting tail and usually busy. The food is always fresh and cold ( supposed to be) also the store is comfortable and inviting. Today I happen to come in for lunch and placed an online order. There is also a couple newer ladies who give excellent customer service as well. You have an excellent team on your hands!
