My son recently introduced us to Cafe Rio and we love it. The staff are friendly and the food is excellent.
Ordered food to go this evening and I should have checked the bag before I pulled out because we were missing a guacamole which I was charged $2.89 for. Prior to leaving a review, I read comments on Google and I must admit I was surprised that Cafe Rio had such lousy reviews. Only two locations in the greater Phoenix East valley area had above a four-star review!! I think their food is terrific!
