2 out of 3 employees were on their phones most of the time I was there. One employee was working non stop and the two looked around bored and played on their phones between short customer interactions. They all to be pretty young. Perhaps a more seasoned employee should be placed on each shift to maintain the proper level of professionalism.
As the name indicates the place is a cafe and coffee bar right next to Nordstrom entrance in the closed space of the mall. The cafe serves a variety of great sandwiches with healthy ingredients, salads, pastries, cold drinks plus coffee and tea. This is an ideal place to relax and have a light lunch, dinner or snack after a few hours of shopping in Nordstrom or in the mall.
