We had a wonderful meal at this location last night. Our server Ty was very attentive and friendly. We visit Olive Garden often and Ty was one of the best servers we’ve had at this location. The food was very good. The breadsticks were crispy and golden which was really nice. The kids meals were ready quickly which was great.
I was doing a take out order and had the best experience I’ve ever had here. I always have good customer service at this Olive Garden but this was exceptional. I was in the pick up parking spot in my silver Honda civic and this employee named Ty was doing a phenomenal job. He checked on me three times while I waited for food which is not what I expected but was nice all the same. He was funny, competent and was just a really hard worker. Never been a fan of Olive Garden BUT this visit changed my mind. Nate was beyond hospitable to us, this is the type of manager establishments need to thrive! The food was great, our server Olivia was extremely attentive and very nice! Five out of five stars!
