I stopped by this afternoon to try their matcha, and I’m stunned with how good it was and how friendly the owners, Jess and Richard are! I tried the strawberry matcha, and their strawberry sauce is fresh and made in-house, and you can taste the difference it makes. The matcha itself is very high quality, rich, and not bitter at all. I also tried their pistachio matcha, and it’s hard to imagine a more perfect drink. It was super smooth, nutty, and even a tiny bit salty which worked perfectly. I usually get my drinks half-sweet other places, but I didn’t need to ask for that here. I’ll certainly be coming back ☺️

Wow! I wanted a smoothie and this location is about a half mile closer to my house than my normal one so I went here. First of all, the kid working was listless, un-motivated, and bleh. I'm not use to this. I go to a different location where everyone is kinda over the top and friendly and one by one of my work locations that has the same kind of staffing. To come here (last time for sure) was kind of a shock to be honest. ZERO personality! So then I placed my order and in a couple of the drinks the request was for carb powder but this location didn't have any!!! It's on the menu so I'm guessing they were just out. GREAT ORDERING JOB! So I hardly ever go here and only get one drink, and in fact, I usually get at least FOUR like today. So I asked for a drink carrier but GUESS WHAT?!?!?! They didn't HAVE any!!! How does a business that specializes in drinks NOT have DRINK CARRIERS?!?!?! For my drink I ordered strawberry/vanilla but it's like ALL the vanilla was at the bottom and the strawberry was at the top! I had to remix it. Also, I had to strap a couple drinks in with my seatbelt to keep them from falling over. Anyway, I don't have a choice but to give only 1 star JUST BASED on the employee alone! I won't be back to this location.
I have to update this review because I’m trying to drink my drink and it’s like all vanilla and it’s super strong. I taste no strawberry and to be honest, I can’t even drink this it’s so bad. What a disappointment! Stay away from this location! There’s plenty of them around.

be aware of this location. I went here on five separate occasions and my post workout shake had four different charges, on my card, each time than the first. I made sure to not tip because I was already suspicious from the first time

Never been to a one stop before. Girl read me the menu verbatim. Guy at register asked if I have my number in their system? Didn’t, so he just passed over that. Feeling dumb now leaving as curious as ever but a lot less interested.

The staff here are the best! Robert and Joe in particular made my visit enjoyable! As soon as I came into the store, I was immediately greeted, and attended to. Although it was slow, I saw how hard they worked to keep busy and ensure the store was clean and organized.My entire visit, they were pleasant to talk to and showed real, genuine interest in any questions I had.I will definitely be coming back for more product!

Whatever 2 guys were working last Saturday, huge props to their customer service! There was a particular product I was looking for my daughter for her track meet, they admitted they didn’t have but proceeded to help me find a spot that did carry it. That is honesty and transparency at the NEXT LEVEL! When I am in the area again, I will only buy from this shop.

Alex was accommodating and kind during my visit. He made the mistake of asking me how my day was going, and I gave him a real answer....I was losing it. The day had been so incredibly and unexpectedly NUTS that I didn't have a chance to eat, hence the shake.Anywho, he took the time to listen to the details of my chaotic day and gave me some words of encouragement as well.Thanks, man. A store of frauds. I bought some preworkout and wouldn’t have if I didn’t need it for a lift. But they end up somehow charging 23 percent sales tax. The item was $45.95 and the total was $56.16. When I asked about the price difference they claimed sales tax which is incorrect unless they’re adding gratuity.
Staff at this location is great. Shakes are delicious when the right combo is chosen. My fav… post-workout w/ vanilla, coconut milk, Cappuccino and peanut butter… it is magic!A good shake will hold you over for awhile if you have a lot of errands to do before getting a proper meal.

I like the smoothie from one-stop nutrition, but this location has employees who have zero customer service, and a few times, my smoothie is not well done too watery or has some plastic in it. I have switched to the location on US60 and Alma School Road. This place is a little bit out of my way but worth the services and knowledge the employees have in their products.

Being a lifelong customer since they practically first started and I’m told I have to hand out my email in order to get my free shake? They see my points but I can’t use them because I won’t hand out my PERSONAL EMAIL. Makes no sense I spend countless dollars here and I’m told I need to hand out my email for my free shake?
