About Phoenix Palace Restaurant

Phoenix Palace Restaurant is a popular dim sum destination, especially during weekends and mornings. It’s recommended to visit before lunchtime to avoid the crowds, as the restaurant tends to have high foot traffic, and reservations are advised for those wishing to avoid waiting. The restaurant offers a wide selection of dishes, with food served hot and fresh from the kitchen, often rotated around on carts. Standout dishes include the chicken lettuce wraps, Hot and Sour Soup, and various dim sum favorites like custard rolls and spring rolls with actual shrimp. Some dishes can be inconsistent, such as dry har gow or mushy noodles. The staff is friendly, polite, and attentive, and the restaurant makes efforts to be eco-friendly by using reusable chopsticks. Customers praise the good portions, decent prices, and the variety of quality dishes. Many find the dim sum authentic, especially during lunch, and consider it a great spot for larger groups or intimate gatherings. Overall, many guests enjoy the delicious food, friendly service, and the lively atmosphere.

This is a really nice place, I felt really pressured though with making selections for dim sum. I might try to get just that dish as take out going forward.

Food was fresh when I went in the morning. I'd give 5 stars for the coconut bread. But the vegetable soup was just so flavorless and bland. I doubt they are actually tasting it. Dim Sum is a family tradition. I was introduced to it by my mother in Los Angeles. In Phoenix metro area, it is hard to find good quality Dim Sum. Phoenix Palace is the top choice because of food quality, attentive staff, and affordability. Food was served hot and flavorfull. A very wide selection of items as well as seafood.

My family has been to all the valley’s dim sum restaurants. Phoenix Palace is number 1 choice.
