It is not as good as it used to be. I have been a regular since they opened decades ago but quality is not the same under the new owner. Hot food cold, fillings badly prepared on two visits in a row.

2/22/26: I've been going to Phoenix Palace for years, I can't believe I never reviewed it before. Damn.

I've only ever partaken of their dim sum menu, and it is absolutely delicious. I've very picky about my food, but my sweet tooth loves their egg & custard tarts, their mochi w/ peanut, the rice porridge, the pineapple buns.

Their rice noodles (pork, beef, shrimp) are great, as is the sticky rice, the steamed buns...

Disappointed with the dim sum here. Quality did not match with how much they charge per dish. It was more pricy than getting dim sum in LA! I would probably try to find another dim sum place in Phoenix
