Amber our server was friendly, had good suggestions on menu, was attentive and checked in on us. She was a main reason for high rating. Also I was surprised to see more healthy items on the menu - the main reason I haven't visited for several years. The birthday dessert had a wonderful and creative option to a candle!!!

We were a party of eight... Three of us ordered PF CHANG spicy chicken... It is our favourite dish and we have been ordering it for years. What we received, was a plate of fire engine, red chicken that was so hot we could barely eat it... We all ate about a quarter of our food. Later on, we noticed that someone at the table next to us ordered the same dish and it was not even the same color. It was the original looking chicken that we are used to getting. Somebody must have dumped...

Worst experience ever. We waited 70 minutes past the reservation time to be seated. On the excellent advice of our server, we ordered everything from the appetizer menu and received our food in 15 minutes. The main kitchen was backed up well over an hour. The party behind us had been waiting 80 minutes; they were still waiting when we left. It was Christmas Eve so we could not leave and go someplace else. I confirmed the reservations the same day by phone. All we got was a “Sorry”....
