“I've been dying to try Japanese soufflé pancakes for some time now, so when I heard about Fluffy Cakes through social media, I knew I had to visit. Located inside Chandler Fashion Center near the food court, Fluffy Cakes specializes in Japanese desserts and baked goods. Their stall has a dedicated seating area with plenty of tables. I ordered two Japanese soufflé pancakes for $8.99; one with Nutella topping and one with Biscoff topping. I also added an ube brownie for $3.99. The wait wasn't long, and although I had intended to take them to-go, I couldn't help myself and started eating them right there. I did manage to save some for my son at home, though. As someone who had never tried Japanese soufflé pancakes before, I thought Fluffy Cakes's version was great! They were jiggly, fluffy, and delicious. Although the ube brownie had great flavor, it wasn't as fluffy as the photos. I would order the soufflé pancakes again if I'm back in the area!“
