Greatest Broccoli Mac & Cheese ever! But! Found out today it’s discontinued. Also got the Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt. It was good, but only had a tiny amount of chicken in it. The end bites had no meat. Looks like time to retire Panera from my list.

I recently placed a mobile order and got a salad. there was a short red hair in my salad dressing. when i called the store and asked for a manager, the manager insisted there was no one with red hair and implied that it was my hair. i have long brown hair which is tied back because i came from work. and my hair could not have ended up INSIDE the salad dressing cup before i had even opened it.

The food is ok. Kind of overpriced.My wife had a half of a sandwich and cup of soup and I had a sandwich and a cup of soup and it was THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS.We can go to most restaurants and have entrees for that price.Probably why I never go to Panera.

Panera/Paradise Bakery used to be my go-to for lunch. While the taste of the food is still good, the quantity and quality of what I get has gone far down hill. I've ordered chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth and no chicken, and the sandwiches are slammed together with no thought whatsoever (all of the proteins are in the middle) and the quantity of the proteins has gone way down. My go-to was always the chicken salad sandwich. Today, I ordered and I literally couldn't see any of the chicken until I opened it up-and then was disappointed with the amount of chicken salad on it.

When they have it the food is GREAT.... problem is that consistently they are put of something that I want to order... 12 noon or later in the day.... gotten to the point where I deliberately now go to other Panera

I have always been such a huge fan of Panera till I went there and had the rudest service ever. The girl also dropped my bread onto the counter where you pick up the food and she rolled her eyes and made me throw it away, when all I did was politely ask her for a new one (since peoples hands are on that counter picking up their food). I have never had service like this in my life. I’m such a shy quiet girl and she made me feel so unwelcomed at my favorite soup and bread place because of this I haven’t been back. Not even to any of the other locations. I wasn’t gonna give a feed back but it was also a health concern that she didn’t think to realize I was gonna eat a bread that she had dropped on the counter! I believe her name was Maddy. I wasn’t gonna write but my cousin (who works in food management) was there also suggested that I do because that wasn’t okay customer service and again it’s a health violation with the food… I was going through a rough time during that as well and when she gave me a new piece of bread but made me feel the way I did, I lost my appetite and didn’t even eat my food:/

Honestly love this place but incredibly disappointed. After a 12 hour day of work I wanted to order door dash. However the app doesn’t offer the option to add a French baguette with their soup. ( the best part ) With that being said I decided to drive out of my way to pick up the order so I’d get that French baguette… By the time I got home to eat my food I noticed the bread was missing. I wish you could’ve seen my face… completely disappointed.

If I could rate 0 I would I had ordered their chicken salad sandwich with no bread and bit down on a nut shell. At the time I didn't know if I cracked my crown. I immediately called the store, they just opened and I was the first in the drive through and asked to talk to a manager about biting down on a nut shell. The lady said the manager was too busy to talk and he would call back....well he never did so the next day I called corporate and talked with someone there. Told him the issue and now having to make an appointment to check the crown for a crack. He said he'd get back with me and again didn't. So I'm wondering what my next step is Not happy

It was quick to go in and pick up my food. I called ahead and their answering service has a recorded messages that between about 11 am to 1pm is their busiest time and for me to call back if I was calling between those hours. They were running a bit low on some of their items. I wonder if they only make so much for the day. Their chocolate croissant was so delicious before. I see online that they have a new recipe. I am disappointed. I liked the previous version better because it was light and fluffy. It was buttery and flavorful with a softish pastry-like fluffy outside. Not it is not so buttery or soft.I like that it still has a good amount of chocolate in it and on the outside.
