The food is ok. Kind of overpriced.My wife had a half of a sandwich and cup of soup and I had a sandwich and a cup of soup and it was THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS.We can go to most restaurants and have entrees for that price.Probably why I never go to Panera.
Panera/Paradise Bakery used to be my go-to for lunch. While the taste of the food is still good, the quantity and quality of what I get has gone far down hill. I've ordered chicken noodle soup that was mostly broth and no chicken, and the sandwiches are slammed together with no thought whatsoever (all of the proteins are in the middle) and the quantity of the proteins has gone way down. Greatest Broccoli Mac & Cheese ever! But! Found out today it’s discontinued. Also got the Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt. It was good, but only had a tiny amount of chicken in it. The end bites had no meat. Looks like time to retire Panera from my list.
