Immediate favorite spot. Piping hot fish with very crunchy and delicious breading and a real tasty special sauce. Shaded tables and busy street corner setting. Fast service and fair prices. Cash only though, but worth it. Will be back often.
Good fish and chips. The fries were perfect! And a huge portion. The fish was good. Tartar sauce was good. If you can get over the square shape and focus on the taste - pretty good. I gave them five stars for good value for the money.
This place COULD be just a good as fish and chips, but the quality of the food is lacking. It seems like the food is pre-cooked and then just warmed up when you order it. I picked up fish and chips through the drive through. The fish was super hot and crispy - like it was just made. But the fries were limp and soggy and barely warm. Freshness is probably the biggest factor when it comes to whether it not a meal is good.
Too bad they don't realize that.
