The owners were the ones who prepared my sandwich. After I had sat down, we had a wonderful conversation. They are gracious hosts, and my sandwich was excellent. I requested extra tomato, and he kept putting tomato on until I was happy. It's clear they want to please their customers. I will come back here in a heartbeat.
