Press Coffee - Chandler

I ordered coffee at 1120. 3 people waiting for their orders when I walked in. I ordered at 1120 and was charged $10 plus tip for a pour over. I was informed it will take a bit of time. People started coming in. 20 mins later I followed up and asked about my pour over. The barista told me the water is still heating. Meanwhile they served like 5 to 8 people that came after me. I understand that places get busy. I told them I had to leave now. He asked me to wait another 5 mins at least to get it started. Finally they offered me a refund. So I agreed but then he asked me to get back in line for my refund. Now it's like 4 people deep, 8 to 10 people behind me got their orders. The fix was to give me drip coffee and call it good because they were unable to process a refund, it had to be sent to corporate. Not sure if I will ever get a refund, they have remember. Not a good experience all around. First time I ever had a bad experience at a press coffee, first time to this location tho. Atmosphere was crammed, the space is small people waiting blocked the only entrance exit while they waited. Res of space fill seemed full with 3 to 4 other people.

I’m actually very saddened to leave this Press location 1 star.. I am the biggest fan of Press, I always recommended anyone to go! Within the last few months the service has gone down hill at this location and my latest experience was my final straw:
I walked into Press to retrieve my online order. When I went to grab my items I noticed I received the wrong item. I told the barista which item I was missing and without acknowledging the situation she proceeded to the back where I had to assume she was making the correct item. After waiting 5 minutes (remind you this is an online order so that’s already an inconvenience) I received my item and drove home. Looking back I wish I would’ve checked at the coffee shop, but found out it was STILL the wrong item. Called back and was told to email corporate and I’d be receiving a refund. This was 5 days ago… I still have yet to hear from anyone from corporate, any managers, and no response on my email. It’s pretty ridiculous that you not only messed up my online order, which the barista never apologized about or took any accountability for, you got it wrong TWICE and I still have had no accountability taken. I don’t think I’ll ever return to this location. Now I need to hound down my money for a HORRIBLE experience.

The coffee was excellent and the atmosphere was warm and inviting—great place to relax or catch up with a friend. The only downside was the WiFi, which was noticeably slow. Still, a lovely spot overall!

Good coffee love their Penut butter protein shake

This coffee shop has the best shaken espressos of any other business. Their staff has a great attitude and are top notch at what they do.

Lately the app has NOT been letting me order the chocolate peanut butter shaker at the Chandler location. Super weird because it’s NOT actually sold out…

Excellent and consistent americano. Perfect water to espresso ratio. Very kind staff. They also offer water processed decaf which is what I look for since I had to change for health reasons. Thank you Press for a great cup of joe!

This place blows the big coffee chains out of the water. Everything I have tried is superior in quality and taste. Since I have found Press, I never get my coffee from anywhere else.

Service was fast, accurate. Menu had good offerings, excellent coffee. I enjoyed a hot, large, mocha latte sitting at 1 of the inside table tops. There is outside seating with shade, room for patrons & pups!

Such a wonderful coffee shop. I typically get my coffee at Circle K. Stopped here on a whim. Titus was very helpful in helping me decide on my order. Will definitely be back.
