We were hesitant to try this place based on the mixed reviews but we enjoyed our ramen when we visited, so maybe it comes down to the day or time of visit? We went on a quiet weekday around 6ish and weren't disappointed - we ordered ramen in the tonkotsu broth and it was delicious. The theme is cute, and we were 1 of only 2 tables that were eating at the time while Kura Sushi next door was booming so I felt a little bad, but hopefully things are turning around for them because...

For the price and taste it’s great, fast can add a lot of veggies. It was my first experience for ramen. My second experience it wasn’t near as good at a different ramen company. I’ll be coming back to ramen hood.

It's alright at best. The tonkotsu broth is very bland and no option for any kind of chili oil. I do like that all the vegetable add-ins are free.

Orders are placed on a touch interface tablet and you bring the ticket it prints over to a register where they enter in what you just entered... Seemed redundant.

Cost for edamame, bland ramen with an overcooked egg add on, 18% tip, and a water cup was almost 30 bucks. Not worth it.
