We come (not even kidding) 3 times a week! The boba is usually our favorite in the entire valley but the last 5 times have been a mix between tolerable boba and hard, not fresh, disgusting boba balls! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

First time here, we had stopped pursuing boba as much because they are always too sweet or too much brown sugar flavor, but this place gave us sweetness options! Also had Oat milk substitute. Our favorite so far!

Guy working the counter wasnt very friendly and their tea tastes like perfume do not recommend yuck but if you want good boba tea goto da boba at santan or polba tea on alma school and germann because this place is horrible

Good tea and a clean pleasant atmosphere, but the prices are getting ridiculous. With a 20% tip my tea today extras was $12.98. $13 for a cup of tea! What is the world coming to? Like the tea, but I’ll spend my $13 other places from now on

Bubble tea calls out to me like the ocean calls to Moana.Not a stranger to this Rare Tea but they are a bit of a drive for me. If I'm ever in the area for Jollibee or Manna KBBQ though, I usually pop into Rare Tea as well.On this visit, I had the Peach Spring Tea. It was the first 2024 day where the temperature was 100°F yesterday so an iced tea was what was needed. It was cold, refreshing, and sweet --- everything I wanted and needed!Rare Tea is great and all but they're a bit of a ways out for me. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to pop in though if I were in the area.
Over the past few months, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the drinks. The straws have become thinner, making it increasingly difficult to enjoy the beverages. Moreover, the barista's attitude has been less than professional, especially after serving an incorrect drink and attempting to justify the error rather than correcting it. This lack of attention to customer service and diminishing product quality is disappointing.

Rare Tea Boba Store serves delicious teas, but during my visit, the lone employee seemed overwhelmed. The drinks were fantastic, but the wait times were longer due to limited staffing. Hiring an additional employee would greatly improve the overall experience.
