In the Adobe Room for a big Retirement party. Food served buffet style. Brisket was very tender - really did not need knife to cut. Was also flavorsome. Ribs were a bit dry - but the selection of sauces took care of that. Potato salad was very good - for commercially made. House Band played good selection of danceable (for country dance) music.
I did not know the place existed until we went for the first time.
It's a public / private event center... Able to accommodate from 10-10,000 people.
It has a western theme atmosphere with a western town look...much like Old Tucson, except this is not an entertainment attraction, but an event center for specific events.
