About 4-6 Ribs per pound. Also known as spare ribs, which will have a little marbling on them. They are seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours.
Baby Back Ribs
About 6-8 Ribs per pound. Small and very lean pork ribs, seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1 hour.
Pork Loin
Same cut as pork chops, but without the bone. Seasoned with Rudy's Rub and smoked for approximately 1½ hours. Served thinly sliced.
Pulled Pork
Shredded pork that has been smoked and mixed with our tangy Mustard Au Jus sauce.

I visited this restaurant today and ordered the brisket and banana pudding. The brisket was excellent, very flavorful, tender, and exactly what I was hoping for. It was easily the highlight of the meal and something I would definitely come back for.

Unfortunately, the banana pudding was very disappointing. It was heavily dominated by whipped cream, so much that it overwhelmed the actual dessert. There was only a small amount of banana flavor and very little...

I had read someone saying the brisket was mostly fat and hardly any meat.
I should have listened to that review it was spot on that sandwich was all fat
My brother spare rib was good just stay away from the briskets sandwiches.

Staff is always at friendly a ChicfilA experience every time (and they’re not closed on Sunday’s 🤭)! A bit pricey but what BBQ isn’t. I don’t mind paying a bit more when I know the food is quality. Highly recommend.
