Shu sushi is one of our local favorites and we visit very often. Unfortunately this time was one of the worst experiences. Not sure if it was because of the new staff but service was just not up to par. We waited quite some time for our food and when it came, the entree: protein and rice was cold, not even lukewarm. Staff did not provide explanation or apologies. When food came back, was definitely microwaved, we were just hungry and ate at the point. I'll think we won't...

Just tried this place for the first time! And wow super good with lots of options!! Feels very homey inside and family friendly! The staff was great and the food was awesome too. My wife and I can’t wait to go back and try more items on the menu. We had a mix of the sushi and entrees. Saw some of the ramen come out which looked delicious. Adding this place to our rotation! Our 8 month old loved it too!!

Went to Shu Sushi for dinner while in Chandler on buisness. We were greeted by the hostess as soon as we entered and were promptly seated at a table with menus & offered drinks. We told the waitress this was our first time here so we would need a few minutes to look over the menu.
Our server came over a little bit later and asked if we had any questions because we mentioned it was our first time. She was so kind and attentive and offered her opinions on food items....
