This was quite an experience from start to finish. You check in on the first floor where you are offered champagne. You ride a private glass elevator up to floor 11 while enjoying a fantastic view of the mountains. Once on 11, you have a brief wait in a cush room with leather furniture. Progressive house music is playing at a reasonable volume throughout the restaurant. We chose outdoor seating, and it was definitely the right choice. The view is stunning. I ordered the ribeye...
Randomly putting an allergen like Cilantro into a dish is just dumb. Kitchen needs to have more transparency and tell the servers what is IN the food.
