The deserts here are always delicious but the service was very poor. Nobody greeted us and the two girls standing at the front were unfriendly- the only thing either of them said was “you can use the self service machine to order or I guess order here”. It was very uncomfortable ordering our desserts. To put it simply, they were not helpful or welcoming.
Always a pleasure to visit this establisment. I'd like to share commendation to the owner, Jin, for her friendliness and enthusiasm. The bingsu is perfectly balanced with a good amount of quality toppings and refreshing ice. My personal favourites are their Tiramiss-u, Matcha, and Espressnow. Thank you for the wonderful experiences, I'm looking forward to returning again! Would highly recommend!
Great place for interesting desert, coffee, or a mid day snack. They put a very creative spin on shave ice. The fresh fruit that they add to a lot of their items is amazing. I had the mango cheesecake, and it was bright and refreshing on a warm summer day.
