How you gonna tell me that it takes 40 minutes to make an oreo frap. It took so long and all they would say is It'll be out soon. Then they asked me for my order a second time after I had paid. They're confused and extremely slow.

As someone who works in the mall and is here on a nearly daily basis (not much else to eat here) I can tell you for certain that this is one of the worst Starbucks locations I've ever been to. Half the time I go there I am treated rudely and my food and drinks are rarely ever made right. Do not come here if they don't have the common decency to treat people the see on a daily basis well than just imagine how they would treat you and your order.

I have been going to Starbucks before them little kids they have working there was born. I have NEVER heard that I can’t have a Trenta cup of ice. I have never been refused a Trenta cup of Ice. I will call corporate Starbucks in Seattle to complain because it seemed racist to me because I am black man with dreads. Also the little Asian female shrugged her shoulders at me like I don’t know what I am talking about. I got to Starbucks everyday get the same thing everyday. I understand when they say my drink can’t be put in a Trenta cup but to tell me I can’t have a Trenta cup of ice is ridiculous. She also told me that her system will not let her ring up a Trenta cup of Ice I am at another Starbucks down the street and I ordered a Trenta cup of ice and he actually rung it up. So it’s in the system. Racism is a not right in American.
It's outside the mall. Fast service and wonderful service. I don't remember her name but she worked like 5pm or so on Wednesday. Blonde and gorgeous blue eyes. Not trying to date her irs just what she looked like. :) l love the lemonade with passion fruit.

Well, I like a place to sit. This is not that Sbux. There is one nearby at: 4005 E Chandler Blvd, Phoenix, AZ 85048 where you can sit down inside and outside.
